Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - February 14, 2009, regardless of the reason.
Day 1: All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 10:30 am. The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Day 2: Players are to be checked in at the tournament sign-in table not less than 1 hour prior to their assigned tee time.
