Saturday, May 23, 2009: All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 7:00pm at the course Saturday evening. Coffee and Desserts will be served.
The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Day 1: Players are to be checked in at the tournament sign-in table not less than 30 minutes prior to their assigned tee time. Tee times begin at 6:24 am on the 1st hole. Players are to report to the first tee and check in with the tournament starter not less then 5 minutes before their assigned tee time.
