Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - November 29, 2008 regardless of the reason.
Course Mgmt requires spectators to pay a $5.00 walking fee before entering course. Walking only - no carts
Day 1: Boys & Girls will be playing on E.O.Nay Course #2
Boys Division and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 6:45 am. Girls Division and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 7:30 am. The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Gold, Silver,and Bronze Membership packages will be distributed on the first day at tournament check-in table. Packages will not be held for players by the tournament committee during tournament play.
Day 2: Boys & Girls will be playing on Koiner Course #1
Players are to be checked in at the tournament sign-in table not less than 1 hour prior to their assigned tee time.
