Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - July 6, 2009 regardless of the reason.
Day 1: All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting:
Boys: 6:30 am tee times begin at 7:00 am.
Girls:7:30 am tee times begin around 8:00 am.
The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Day 2: Players are to be checked in at the tournament sign-in table not less than 1 hour prior to their assigned tee time.
Boys will play from the following tee markers:
Black Tees on all holes during tournament play.
Girls will play from the following tee markers:
Front Side:(White Tees)holes 1,2,3,4,5,6, & 9
Front Side:(Red Tees)holes 7 & 8
Back Side: (White Tees)hols 10,11,12,14,15,16,& 18
Back Side: (Red Tees)holes 13 & 17
