Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - August 15, 2007 regardless of the reason.
Day 1: All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 9:30 am. The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Gold, Silver, Bronze & Associate Membership packages will be distributed on the first day at tournament check-in table. Packages will not be held for players by the tournament committee during tournament play.
Day 2: Players are to be checked in at the tournament sign-in table not less than 1 hour prior to their assigned tee time.
