One time (1) per season, a player may request his tournament entry fee be transferred to another tournament during the current tournament season providing the following steps are taken:
1. Notify JAGS Junior Tour by e-mail or fax of player's intention to withdraw from a tournament and transfer the entry fee to another tournament in the current JAGS Junior Tour season. This notification must be submitted prior to the 5pm posted cancellation date of the tournament the player is transferring from and include the name of the tournament the player is requesting the entry fee transferred to.
2. If approved and if space is available in the new tournament, the player will be placed in the tournament and notified by email regarding acceptance into the tournament field. If space is not available in the tournament the player has selected to transfer to, the player may select another tournament in the current season or request a refund less the $50.00 administration fee.
The JAGS Junior Tour tournament season begins on September 1st and ends on August 31st of each year. Transfer of entry fees will not be approved beyond August 31st of the current JAGS Junior Tour season. |
