Tournament entry fees are non-refundable for any reason, after the posted tournament cancellation date at 5:00 p.m., (approximately 30 days prior to the first day of the tournament). Tournament entry fees may not be transferred to another player. Player substitution is prohibited.
A refund request must be submitted in writing via fax or email to JAGS Junior Tour and be received by JAGS before 5pm on the posted tournament cancellation date the player is withdrawing from. Approved refunds are only remitted by check less a $50.00 administrative processing fee per tournament. |
