Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - January 17, 2008 regardless of the reason.
2/17/08: Boys will play the North Course - Green Tees
Girls will play the South Course - Hole 1 White
Tees remaining holes Gold Tees.
2/18/08: Boys will play the South Course - Blue Tees
Girls will play the North Course - Gold Tees
Day 1: All Boys and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 8:15 am.
All Girls and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 9:15am.
The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Gold, Silver, Bronze & Associate Membership packages will be distributed on the first day at tournament check-in table to members who have not yet received their membership package. Packages will not be held for players by the tournament committee during tournament play.
Day 2: All players are to be checked in at the tournament sign-in table 1 hour prior to their assigned tee time.
