Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - March 19, 2008 regardless of the reason.
Day 1: All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 7:15am down at the driving range.
The tournament director has the right to give a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
This tournament will be a shotgun start both days at 8:00am.
Players are to be checked in by 7:00am on Saturday and not later than 7:15am on Sunday. Players will be taken to their assigned holes at 7:45am. The range will be open at 6:30am.
Registration table will open at 6:30am both days down at the scoring area between both putting practice areas.
Boys will play a combination of Gold and Black Tees
Gold Tees: Holes 1, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 13
Blue Tees: Holes 2,4,5,7,10,11,12,14,15,16, 17 & 18
Total Yardage: 6980
Girls will play the White tees on all holes.
