Players withdrawing from a tournament the day before or the day of a tournament before play has begun:  It is the responsibility of the player or parent to speak with a JAGS Tournament Official personally to withdraw from a tournament the day or night before the tournament or the morning of a tournament.  This can be done by calling the course the day of the tournament and asking them to page a JAGS Junior Tour Official or call a JAGS Tournament Official’s cell phone number at the times listed below.  Leaving a voice message on the JAGS Junior Tour voice mail, or with a course official will result in a DQ – No Show.

Player substitution:  Players withdrawing from a tournament may not substitute another player in their place at the tournament in which are withdrawing from.

NO SHOWS
will not be tolerated.  Players who are disqualified from a JAGS Junior Tour tournament because of a “No Show” (Rule 6-3a), may result in being placed on tournament suspension preventing them from being accepted into the field of the next Golfweek ranked, AJGA PBE ranked, or a Major JAGS tournament (which ever is first) hosted by the JAGS Junior Tour.  The decision to withhold an entry for Rule 6-3a from a tournament listed above is the decision of the JAGS Junior Tour Executive Board.  All decisions are final

Caddies:                      Not permitted 

Pull carts:                    Not permitted unless authorized in advance for documented special health reasons by the JAGS Tournament Director.

Pactice Round:            Practice rounds are not included in the tournament entry fee.

Range balls and lunch will be provided to all participants along with water and snacks on the course each day of the tournament.

Galleries: Spectating is a privilege and if permitted by the host club all spectators must atleast 16 yrs. old (Picture ID may be checked to verify age) and abide by the JAGS Code of Conduct Rules and Regulations and Dress Code Policy.

Spectating will be allowed at Twin Oaks Golf Course.  Spectators will not be permitting on the course without signing a spectating release form at the JAGS Junior Tour check-in table or being in proper golf attire. 

Walking Only
No carts allowed for spectators.   Spectators may not bring food onto the golf course and are required to sign a spectator release form prior to the start of the tournament. Spectators may not smoke tobacco products or consume alcohol beverages on the course while at a JAGS Junior Tour tournament.

Advice is any counsel or suggestion which could influence a player in determining his play, the choice of a club or the method of making a stroke. In addition, any conversation between parent/spectator may be construed as advice. This includes any conversation between player/spectator in their native language. In either instance penalty for breach of this rule is two strokes.   Players are responsible for the actions of their relatives and spectators in regards to this rule.

Language:  English is to be the spoken language during tournament play by all players, parents, spectators and tournament officials.  Player 1st offense: 2 stroke penalty, 2nd offense: DQ.  Parent/Spectator/Tournament Official: On course privileges revoked.

Range Finders /  Distance Devices:  Are not allowed to be used during tournament play.    Penalty: DQ

Pace of Play  Pace of Play:  Clocks will be placed on the course for each group to check their pace of play time.  Each group will be given their official CLOCK time on the first tee by the tournament official.  When the group reaches a pace of play clock on the course, the time on the clock should be   before or the same time, but not later than the time they were given on the first tee by the tournament official.   Penalty strokes will be given to the entire group of players if they do not get back into position by the time they reach the next pace of play clock. (Rule 6-7) 

1st Offense:  The group must be back in position at the next pace of play clock or each player in the group will receive a 1 stroke penalty. 
2nd Offense: The group must be back in position at the next  pace of play clock or each player in the group will receive a 2 stoke penalty.
3rd Offense: Disqualification

A Tournament Winner - is the competitor who plays the stipulated round(s) in the fewest strokes.  The first place winner in a JAGS tournament will be determined by actual playoff rather than other means if allowed.  This requires players with clubhouse lead to be available for a possible playoff until all tournament competitors complete the final round and all scores are known to determine a tournament winner.  A competitor who fails to remain at the course for a playoff will forfeit a first place finish.
