Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - April 29, 2010 regardless of the reason. Player substitution is not allowed for any reason.
Friday Night, May 28, 2010: All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the course at the restaurant inside the pro-shop area. Player tournament packages will be distributed at the meeting.
The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Day 1: Tee times begin at 6:00 am on the 1st hole. Players are to report to the first tee and check in with the tournament official not less then 5 minutes before their assigned tee time. The boys division will tee off first followed by the girls division.

Awards ceremony will be held after all scores are verified, posted and a winner is declared at the end of each divisional finish. If a play-off is needed to declare a winner, the awards presentation will be held after the play-off has been completed.
