Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - September 17, 2009 regardless of the reason. Player substitution is not allowed for any reason.
This tournament will be a shotgun start both days at 7:00am.
Players are to be checked in by 6:15 am on Saturday and not later than 6:30 am on Sunday. Players will be taken to their assigned holes at 6:55 am. The range will be open at first light.
Tournament Registration table will open at 6:00 am both days down at the scoring area between both putting practice areas.
Day 1:
All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 6:40am (Saturday Only)at the registration area.
Day 2: All players are to be checked in at the tournament registration table located down at the scoring area by 6:30am on Sunday. Players will be taken out on the course at 6:55 am for their 7am shotgun start.
The tournament director has the right to give a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Boys will play a combination of Gold and Black Tees
Gold Tees: Holes 1, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 13
Black Tees: Holes 2,4,5,7,10,11,12,14,15,16, 17 & 18
Total Yardage: 6980
Girls will play the White tees on all holes. Total Yardage 5948
