Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - August 19, 2009, regardless of the reason. Player substitution is not allowed for any reason.
Day 1: TEE Times Start at 10:00 AM.
All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 9:30 am. down at the driving range. The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Day 2: Tee Times Start At 10:00 AM.
Players are to be checked in at 1st tee with the tournament official not less than 5 minutes prior to their assigned tee time.
Gold, Silver, Bronze Membership packages will be distributed on the first day at tournament check-in table to all members. Packages will not be held for players by the tournament committee during tournament play.
