Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - December 17, 2009 regardless of the reason. Player substitution is not allowed for any reason.
Day 1: Boys Division Players and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 7:30 am. Girls Division Players and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 8:30 am.
The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting. Tee times begin at 8am both days on Tee #1.
Tournament is on Sun/Mon - Monday is MLK School Holiday
Day 2: Players are to be checked in at the tournament sign-in table not less than 1 hour prior to their assigned tee time.
Girls: Gold Tee Markers
