Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - November 28, 2009 regardless of the reason. Player substitution is not allowed for any reason.
Course Mgmt requires spectators to pay a $5.00 walking fee before entering course. Walking only - no carts
Boys & Girls will be playing the Koiner Course #1 both rounds of tournament play. The boys division will tee off first each day beginning at 7am.
Day 1 Only - Boys Division and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 6:45 am. Girls Division and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 7:30 am. The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Gold, Silver,and Bronze Membership packages will be distributed on the first day at tournament check-in table. Packages will not be held for players by the tournament committee during tournament play.
Day 2:
Players are to check in at the 1st tee with the tournament official not less than 5 minutes prior to their official tee time.
