Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - January 27, 2010 regardless of the reason. Player substitution is not allowed for any reason.
Day 1: All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting TBA.
The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s)not in attendance at the mandatory pre-tournament meeting.
Gold, Silver,and Bronze Membership packages will be distributed on the first day at tournament check-in table. Packages will not be held for players by the tournament committee during tournament play.
Day 2: Players are to be checked in at the 1st tee with the tournament official not later than 5 minutes prior to their assigned tee time.
