Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - July 5, 2010 regardless of the reason. Player substitution is not allowed for any reason.
Day 1: All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting:
Boys: 6:30 am tee times begin at 7:00 am.
Girls:7:30 am tee times begin around 8:00 am.
The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
Day 2: Players are to be checked in at the tournament sign-in table not less than 1 hour prior to their assigned tee time.
