Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - October 21, 2009 regardless of the reason. Player substitution is not allowed for any reason.
Day 1: Saturday only - Boys division and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 7:30 am. Girls division and their spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 8:15 am. Both meetings will be held down at the driving range on Saturday only.
Boys division will start teeing off at 8:00 am.
Girls division will follow the boys both days.
The tournament director has the right to assess a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting. Tee times begin at 8am.
Day 2: Players are to be checked in at the 1st tee not less than 5 minutes prior to their posted assigned tee times. Tee times begin at 8:00 am.
