Cancellation Date: Refunds or Transfers will not be granted after 5pm - March 17, 2009 regardless of the reason. Player substitution is not allowed for any reason.
This tournament will be a shotgun start both days at 8:00am.
Players are to be checked in by 7:00am on Saturday and not later than 7:15am on Sunday. Players will be taken to their assigned holes at 7:45am. The range will be open at 6:30am.
Tournament Registration table will open at 6:30am both days.
Day 1:
All players and spectators are expected to attend a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 7:15am (Saturday Only)at the registration area.
Day 2: All players are to be checked in at the tournament registration table by 7:15am on Sunday. Players will be taken out on the course at 7:45 am for their 8am shotgun start.
The tournament director has the right to give a 2-stroke penalty or disqualification to any player(s) not in attendance at the pre-tournament meeting.
